Things are slowing down as they usually do this time of year, with just a few mixtapes and EPs going around this week. I'll keep posting these as they take my interest - apologies in advance if I miss anyone's more niche favourites.

Charlotte Gainsbourg's release last year was solid, and this new EP feels like a brief extension of it. A few decent news songs and some welcome live tracks - the cover of 'Runaway' is pretty neat. Nothing in-all to get too excited about.

I've been a fan of Kodak Black the last few years - he's a talented guy with strangely introspective bars despite being an absolute fucking moron. Listening to his latest release now, and it's sounding like his most mature effort yet. I was hesitant to highlight it as a feature because of his controversial legal issues, but this is an essential listen this week in my eyes.
