I've been jamming pretty hard to grunge and 90's rock as of late. Nirvana, Audioslave, Pearl Jam, Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, Radiohead, Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder, to name several. Been feeling pretty malaise as of late given how 2020 is shaping up. The End by Pearl Jam is probably the saddest song I've listened to in a while, Just Breathe (also Pearl Jam) is pretty sad too. Guess that's just the mood.

I don't know much about this kind of music so I would like to hear about other people's favorites.

I don't really listen to the music, much, but a lot of it is familiar via exposure.

Before I listened more closely, it was more like "this sounds like typical Mexican music." And now it's, "this is the one song I'm familiar with and like." Other than really old stuff out of an accordion lesson book that I'm not sure people listen to anymore. Are "Chiapencas" and "Cielito Lindo" still a thing?

This Liturgy track has been on repeat. I didn't knew the band, it's quite refreshing.

I've also been listening to a fair bit of music from Jane Reynolds, of which Jon, the dead husband is probably my favorite.

I picked up Moses Boyd and Yusuf Kamaal again. Also have been listening to a lot of Fela Kuti since I heard Tony Allen left us. And then there's also this, that popped into my head out of nowhere....

And then there's also this, that popped into my head out of nowhere. And now I'm just hoping I'll forget about it again.
