    1. A website that keeps track of all students that oppose Israel's occupation of the Palestinian state.
    2. People who harass those students and threaten them.

    I really have little to comment, to be honest. Imagine being a grown man, and feeling SO threatened by college students' position on Israel that you dress up as a canary and go there to remind them that you know who they are, to make them feel unsafe and threatened.

    Whatever your beliefs or political orientation, the article makes evident that the tactics of "political consultants" have become more intimidating, malicious, and better adapted to abusing the same technological tools that originally facilitated activism.

    It's not just anti-BDS, it's paid political messaging and staged events in service of authoritarianism everywhere, and it's terrifying that no legal control or accountability exists.
