Really an interesting situation that Europe finds themselves in. On one hand many countries have built a strong social support system that is exactly what these people need. On the other the balance of these systems was not designed for a sudden influx of immigrants on the needy side of the scale. Not only that but throw in the inherent racism of these immigrants not looking like you, the cultural clashes of ethnic groups with a large imbalance of wealth, and the humanitarian aspect of sheer compassion and you get a very muddy water to wade through.

I do think it's interesting how Europeans online will constantly bash the racism of America and the first sign of a non-homogeneous population shift and the exact same things come out over there. I wish them and the refugees luck in sorting it out though.
