        LOL. What do you think of the argument that says Democracy promotes this dumbing down? A lot of central government leaners would argue that the more bread and circuses you provide to the masses that vote for it, the more the average dumbness goes up. To me it's an age-old balance or even struggle between freedom and control/order.
