Former King District resident here -- he's always had a grasp on that area because of the rural red votes from all the old white people, but I think his grip on the area is weakening because 1) all of his voters are either snowbirds and moving away or dying, 2) people are starting to realize how batcrap insane he actually is. This is purely just from my interactions and conversations with the people from the area though, it could be way off base.
