I have real issues with the idea that a country can prevent the re-sale of its products to another country where the intermediary does not embargo the final destination. If you buy something, you own it, period. You should be able to sell it on to whoever and however you like based on YOUR country's laws.
If you wanted a firm embargo you should have set it up as a shared embargo where it is only possible to ship to countries which also enacted the sanctions against the original target, this idea of 'US origin' being a thing needed to consider is ridiculous.
