    i feel like we see this exact sort of headline at least once every two or three years, and it feels like at least one of the several times this has taken place, someone should have probably realized what was happening. i know that's probably not viable since usually what happens is something like an instantly-lethal stroke, but still.

      I'm sure the audience feels awful about it all the same, but with the above in mind it's no wonder they thought it was part of his routine.
