not much polling for this election, but it seems likely that the ANC is going to continue to drop in support, potentially even below 50% of the total vote share, but most likely not enough to genuinely jeopardize their majority in the national assembly. the economic freedom fighters, who are a genuinely far-left party (and technically, a breakaway party from the ANC) seem like they're going to be the big winners of the election if there are any to be had in the first place, but it's ambiguous how well they'll perform over their 6%, 25 seat total in 2014. the democratic alliance seems like they're just going to stay put, for the most part.
