      i really have to ask how bad of a police department you have to be to have at least three former officers get charged with crimes on the job, given how hard it is generally to prosecute police in...

      i really have to ask how bad of a police department you have to be to have at least three former officers get charged with crimes on the job, given how hard it is generally to prosecute police in any jurisdiction. even the ferguson police, i'm pretty sure, did not manage to do that.
