    Seeing the picture in the article I thought there might be some reasonable doubt since those toy guns look just like real ones but the video has my opinion totally changed. The officer already knows its a toy gun from the sound and says it on the radio and then starts shooting as soon as he sees the kid without spending any time at all. At least no one died this time...
