Things like this are why I don't believe Republicans' true aim is anything but reducing immigration, period. The DACA beneficiaries are the exact sort of people they claim to want to let in: people in school or who have performed military service and have no serious crimes. People who are "valuable". Gorsuch's quote in the article comes down to "Trump is going to win eventually, might as well let him win now" and is a sham. Innocent people's lives are going to be ruined if their DACA protection is rescinded.

“What good would another five years of litigation over the adequacy of that explanation serve?” Gorsuch asked.

Trump on Tuesday took to Twitter to attack “many” DACA recipients as “tough, hardened criminals,”

This is such horse shit. A friend of mine has a brother who was a DACA kid and was caught with some weed. Not a huge amount, but just enough to be a felony in Florida. He was pretty quickly booted out of the country, away from his family, to a place he has never known, with a language he doesn't speak.
