This was part of the parade of the São Clemente samba school and was transmitted on national television.

The lyrics for the samba-enredo were written by the comedian himself (Marcelo Adnet).

    From the article:

Political criticism was also present on the second day of the Rio de Janeiro official group's carnival parade. At São Clemente, humorist Marcelo Adnet, who composed the samba-enredo, imitated Jair Bolsnaro and even reproduced his [famous fake] push-ups. The comedian Felipe Neto also said that it should be listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site.

With a satirical plot, São Clemente paraded this Monday (24th) with references to fake news and humorist Marcelo Adnet parodying President Jair Bolsonaro, including his [famous fake] push-ups and salute. The samba school was the first to enter Marquês de Sapucaí on the second day of the parade of the special group in Rio de Janeiro.

Adnet, who is one of the authors of the samba, paraded in a float dressed as President of the Republic, with a wig similar to Bolsonaro's hair. In some moments, Adnet simulated a gun with his hands, a gesture that Bolsonaro and his supporters popularized during the 2018 campaign. In others, he saluted, another gesture used by the president, who is a retired army captain.

VIDEO (Adnet in a blue suit). There are also protest boards mocking him for saying Leonardo DiCaprio caused the Amazon fires and other stupid tweets/statements.
