I still lament Biden’s winning the primaries. I wish i could fathom a solution, but the problem is so vast and so intricate. Of the voters who are not indifferent, so many are racist or ideologically fundamentalist, i don’t know what kind of candidate can pull enough progressives together with enough previous non-voters to turn an election.
Progressives in my state (nc) like to blather about gerrymandering, bit both our senators are voted at larger, and are both arch-neoconservative tea party and of questionable ethics to boot.
And Biden won the primary when only 25 states had voted. The NYT waited over two weeks to publish the Tara Reade story until the day after Bernie dropped out. Such a sham. :-/
