This is a man who voted for Brexit against the Prime MInister (PM was against Brexit). truly thinking that if the PM lost, he would carry out Brexit. The PM announced his resignation the next day given how he had caused the referendum and lost it. Boris Johnson suddenly went from "lets take control!" to "... lets not be too hasty now" and even rejected signing up for PM because he didn't want to be directly involved in that shitshow.
