    This is a follow-up article to the one that I posted to ~science last week.

    Overall, I feel like it's probably a stretch to believe that the whole thing is an attempt to weaken the world's confidence towards Western science (and an awfully niche topic to choose if that was your goal), but there are some interesting parallels with all the other recent concerns about how misinformation is being spread.
