Edit: Presuming at 22 weeks there's a delivery given a medical emergency which broadly tracks.

Can't read this, so I can't tell if there are medical/MH exceptions for later abortions?

    Edit:

According to the new Norwegian guidelines, a council consisting of two doctors will decide in cases where there is a wish to terminate pregnancies between week 18 and week 22.
