I feel like the title should just be "Boston Red Sox use AI" since there is very little information on the actual "how" they're using it part. They mention using OpenAI to "[improve] productivity across the organization", and using "Zoom AI Companion for video calls and Microsoft Copilot for working in Microsoft Office"... but nothing more specific than that. As a bit of a baseball analytics nerd, I was really hoping for something a lot more in-depth. :(
