If someone could shed some light on business part of all of the shareholder, will be helpful. Does Disney think it has more leverage after acquisition? what it means for normal user?

ESPN/Disney and Fox were concerned that there might be some validity to the lawsuit brought by Fubo. Basically Fubo said that the merger of Disney and Fox sporting assets would create a monopoly. ESPN also wants to protect its traditional cable contracts and Fubo's suit brought up uncomfortable questions about whether ESPN's owner, Disney, should also have control over other cable and streaming contracts. So that was one reason they pulled out.

Disney/ESPN, Fox, and Discovery all charge money for their own streaming platforms and offer bundled packages of multiple streaming platforms + add-on sports. They probably felt they'd make more money in a combined one, Venu, but were worried that legal questions would prevent them from having a successful majority market share of sports streaming. So they're content for the moment to pull the plug on Venu and make money through existing products with existing contracts.

Fubo's market share is secured. Venu is probably in some real trouble and since it's a joint venture I don't know if they'll be absorbed back into a parent company or if everyone is just fired and gone. The other companies are going to be just fine, but I wouldn't be surprised if share prices took a little bit of a hit temporarily because of this unexpected news. Nothing that Disney can't bounce back from. Not sure about WB Discovery, but I'm sure they'll be alright.
