Very big news for wrestling. While WWE have been doing very well in the financial department getting a very big TV deal and a deal with Saudi Arabia worth ~$50M a show, their TV ratings are at an all time low but more worryingly they aren't recovering in the periods of the year they usually recover and show attendance is also incredibly poor, as low as 2000 for the most recent Smackdown.

WWE have been throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks without results, now Vince is putting his Attitude era peers/rivals in charge of his flagship brands. It's going to be an interesting few months to see how much control they get and whether they can right the ship from over a decade of poor decision (and whether VKM can truly step away from micro managing).

Ps. Not sure whether this should be ~TV or ~Sports

Wasn't Eric Bischoff the guy who let wrestlers bring a live fucking tiger back stage during the Brand Wars? Or was that something that happened at ECW?
