Welp, the NBA season will be starting soon, with pre-season exhibition games already underway. Let's see how this all goes, what with the pandemic and all happening. The team I follow, the Raptors, have a few things I'm watching in terms of question marks about how certain players are going to perform or improve through the season. Though they were NBA champions in 2019, a lot has changed, personnel-wise, so I think most level-headed fans have tempered expectations for this season.
I didn't realize NBA hadn't started yet. Are there any changes being made to the upcoming season due to the pandemic in terms of no. of games, length of season, roster size, travel considerations, etc.?
It seems quite a lot is being done in the NBA, re: COVID:

One of the main differences this season will be that they won't play everything in "the bubble" (a single, controlled venue), but will allow teams to travel to other teams' home courts. The Toronto Raptors are a bit of an exception, because international travel is involved, and so they aren't going to be playing on their home court. Instead, they have a facility in Tampa Bay set aside for their home games.
On the NFL front, hoping my beloved Jaguars continue to tank their way to a top pick. Hoping against hope the Jets somehow manage to win a game so the Jaguars can get the 1st pick in the NFL draft. Most likely, they'll be settling for Justin Fields though which isn't bad at all.
On the baseball front, paying close attention to the DJ LaMahieu situation. Yankees claim to want him back, just not at the money and years DJ wants. Objectively, the Yankees would be better served using that money for pitching. Pitching has been the Achilles heel of the Yankees for some time now.
