      A while ago my kid had the brilliant idea for a t-shirt with a Anhk Morpork City Watch crest on it, but I don't have the artistic talent nor the shamelessness to steal from other artists / rely on AI. I would love a series of logo t-shirts featuring Discworld institutions in the style of our world institution shirts.

      Any artistic Tildes Member want to make rough sketches for this? Any other member who wants to use it and I will each send you $10 USD for each finished design? Is that fair or am I being outrageously cheap? :P

    In the dream I went to the washroom, took a normal #2, wiped my butt clean with a cooked kebab (as you do, in this dream world at least) only to discover that my underwear was still on.

    Thankfully, it was just a dream and nothing happened in real life, but I was really worried for a second or two when I first woke up.

        I don't know if you need to dream of it, per-se, but any experience with an unexpected mess in a bed can definitely stick in your head, because it's not like you can just ignore it and fix it in...

Messing where you sleep basically means no sleep until you've fixed the problem.

    During the early days of the covid pandemic I was terminally online. I would scroll from dusk to dawn. It didn’t take long before I built up a tolerance, my brain becoming numb to the ordinary. Only the shittiest, dankest, dumbfuck memes would scratch the itch and give me the blasts of dopamine I needed. In time I amassed a vast collection of media made by rotted brains, for rotted brains. When I left reddit, the collection grew stale, undergoing necessary culling as my body recovered, and the nonsense therein no longer retained a vice-like grip on my slightly-less-warped brain. It has been some time, and my stores are mostly empty. However, I keep a select few images in reserve for occasions such as these.

    Not so much for the comment in the screenshot but for the picture of the dog itself. The dog looks so ugly and judgmental. Also very human-like in its appearance. Reminds me of an old coworker of mine who would squint hard slightly baring his teeth when he got out in sunlight.

    The first time I saw it I had several bouts of laughing myself out of breath just focusing on different details of it.

    If anyone has a high resolution copy of the photo I'd appreciate it.

    Most recently, I had this idea for a taoism meme where the courtyard disciples were calling you effortboy and saying you lack wu wei as you stand in the center crying and mildly angry, but I used AI to help and it didn't land well, so I've been meaning to revisit that one by doing it manually. In particular I really like "effortboy" as an attempted jab. The contradiction with taoism disciples calling someone effortboy just makes me smile.
