If you have a mental health issue which predisposes people to misjudge, marginalise and discount you, how has that affected you?

Sometimes it's not what we look like, or where we are from. It's a label.

    Its always a struggle, but the real thing to learn is to not care about what other people might be thinking. Its a difficult skill to master, one I am yet to acquire myself, but that is the target.

    Then it doesn't matter anymore what is affecting you and how, because you are then free to pick and choose the positive parts of the world around.
