They'll be going back to work tomorrow.

A half day of "disruption" by pushing today's menial office work to tomorrow does nothing and says nothing. There have been numerous walkouts of all sorts both at Amazon and other places (Starbucks is another that recently comes to mind). A day or three of no work by a small group of people that ultimately get suspended, fired, or don't get their barely-enough-to-beat-inflation-raise that year isn't even a blip on the radar.

Want to make sure you're heard? Pull the fire alarm on the way out, when the building is clear, toss in a molotov cocktail or twenty. They might listen to demands if their headquarters is razed to the ground.
