    This article popped up on my LinkedIn labelled as "HRs worst nightmare" and thought it was an interesting read. I had a similar thought for an app like this when it comes to helping workers unionize in a more safe and effective manner.

    It's an interesting idea. Users are placing a lot of trust in it though, especially given the specifically-linked posts in the article. Until I actually clicked on those articles, I figured that employees from each company would have their own space. Apparently not, which puts even more of a privacy concern on the site's usage. Sure, that's the point, but I'd really watch what I put up there if I signed up.

    So there are no CEOs and no call centre staff on Blind. That's inclusiveness for you!

    Despite all of the hype, Blind is mostly awful. It's just a bunch of people discussing interviewing with FANG companies and maximizing their total compensation. In fact, one of the memes on there...
