It's an interesting idea. Users are placing a lot of trust in it though, especially given the specifically-linked posts in the article. Until I actually clicked on those articles, I figured that employees from each company would have their own space. Apparently not, which puts even more of a privacy concern on the site's usage. Sure, that's the point, but I'd really watch what I put up there if I signed up.
