    I doubt anything will actually come of this, given the FCCs lack of a stance on practically anything that concerns the consumer (thanks Ajit), but it's very slightly reassuring that states are...

    I doubt anything will actually come of this, given the FCCs lack of a stance on practically anything that concerns the consumer (thanks Ajit), but it's very slightly reassuring that states are pressing this issue. I have so many blocking rules on my phone and nothing I can do to stop the annoyance.
