    If the conclusions of the article are correct, then things will definitely be interesting for the future of rail travel. However...I'm skeptical. Nothing about how costs have been reduced or whats...

    If the conclusions of the article are correct, then things will definitely be interesting for the future of rail travel. However...I'm skeptical. Nothing about how costs have been reduced or whats changed, only claims by a person with ties to a leading company in the industry. I guess I'd just like to see something a little more substantive before I get my hopes up.

    There is one thing the articles brings up that gives me pause for thought though. Why is it that Asian countries chose to more readily adopt maglev technology, even when it was expensive?
