Just to clarify: the primary mission was a success, and successfully delivered Dragon to it's Low Earth Orbit where it will berth with the ISS later this week; but the first stage, on reentry, spun out of control:
Grid fin hydraulic pump stalled, so Falcon landed just out to sea. Appears to be undamaged & is transmitting data. Recovery ship dispatched.
