RT is Russian state owned media. So yes, having the Russian narrative on the Mueller Report be the top hit on YouTube does help RT and Russia.
Yes, I would much prefer to have an actual respected news agency, preferably an American one, be the top hit for such a major event. Especially considering the subject matter is Russia's influence on our elections through such places like Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
This is such a poor strawman that it is not even worth responding to.
