      It was pretty expected though. Without McCain there's 49 Democrats and 50 Republicans. Collins was a yes so that 50 yes and 49 no's with all Democrats for. It ended up 52-47 with Collins,...

      It was pretty expected though. Without McCain there's 49 Democrats and 50 Republicans. Collins was a yes so that 50 yes and 49 no's with all Democrats for.

      It ended up 52-47 with Collins, Murkowski, and Kennedy voting for.

      House I don't know about, though.
