    Wow, I hadn't even thought about predictive analytics for case law, but apparently that's a thing now.

    The U.S. permits all kinds of shenanigans for judge shopping - the jurisdiction where a civil suit or criminal case is heard makes a big difference in the outcome. Being able to target specific judges is even more troubling, and another avenue for money to triumph over justice.
