I feel that the constant abuse of both bold and highlighted text combined with tons of images and illustrations strongly dampen the point they were trying to make.
Beyond that, does iOS have problems with notifications? If I get a notification I don't want on Android, I can just long-press the notification to get the option to turn it off.
