Yeah, I would probably enjoy Twitter a lot more if they had the ability to turn off viewing of Retweets in the timeline. I get that it's a useful tool if you need to put something or someone on blast, and maybe it was one of those things that would have happened anyway in some form or another, and it still gives the spirit bomb effect of my numbers make me righter than you, but giving people the choice to not view someone's retweet would go a long way for me.

There are a couple workarounds, this app will turn off all retweets for you for example. https://turn-off-retweets.glitch.me/
