    Good on NYC for working to fix the issues rideshare companies have introduced. They've caused more congestion nationwide than they've resolved because they've incentivized driving until somebody needs you under the claim of benefiting people without cars. The addition of extra cars, instead of the original goal of people using their cars through the day, has reversed the intended effect.

    They help people without cars, but sometimes I wonder how much my driver has been driving people, and how much they've been waiting for a fare on the rare occasion I use Lyft or Uber.
