After the release of "Notepad++ v7.8.1 : Free Uyghur" Notepad++'s GitHub issues page is being flooded by trolls

Developing topic, don't see any news sources on it yet. Lots of pro-CCP troll issues being opened, as well as people starting to open issues going against the original trolls. (e.g. pro-HK protester messages)

    Here is an attempt to list the spam issues, but at the rate issues are being made, its much shorter than it should be.

    Interestingly, there is some guy just advertising his YouTube channel by repeatedly opening issues.

    I tried visiting the links to the Notepad++ website, but the site is down right now. Must be getting a lot of traffic from these Chinese commenter troll accounts.
