That said, I've seen people presented with Basecamp and have absolutely no idea how to use it. I worked at a TV station where they tried to organize a national advertising campaign through Basecamp and so many people couldn't figure out how to use it that they scrapped it and went back to using email and Excel spreadsheets to coordinate everything.

BTW, if Basecamp Personal sounds familiar, it’s because we used to have a Personal plan way back when. It was $25 per-project. This new one is completely free, so it’s better in every way.
