It annoys me when people try to conflate licences designed for source code with licences for services built on said source code. The two concepts should be kept orthogonal and independent as much as possible. In my opinoin a source code licence shouldn't limit the ways a user would use said code.
If the original copyright holder of the code wants to place restrictions on both concepts, how should they do that in your opinion?
