I mean... yes, and I get it knowing who TBL is... but it seems odd to jump over healthcare right to internet access?
Tim Berners-Lee isn't American, he probably just takes healthcare as a human right for granted.
It's one way to make it easier for individuals to stay inside - right to internet access is public health management.
We aren't limited to one option.
Internet access is relatively cheap and also useful for providing health care, so I see no reason to do this in any particular order.
Although, I'm not all that big a fan of using "rights" language for this. It seems like the language of the courtroom isn't particularly useful for talking about how to provide universal services?
