I mean... yes, and I get it knowing who TBL is... but it seems odd to jump over healthcare right to internet access?

The web can and must be for everyone — now is our moment to make this happen. We have the technical means to connect the entire world in meaningful and affordable ways: we now need the will and the investment.

Tim Berners-Lee isn't American, he probably just takes healthcare as a human right for granted.

It's one way to make it easier for individuals to stay inside - right to internet access is public health management.

Internet access is relatively cheap and also useful for providing health care, so I see no reason to do this in any particular order. Although, I'm not all that big a fan of using "rights"...

Although, I'm not all that big a fan of using "rights" language for this. It seems like the language of the courtroom isn't particularly useful for talking about how to provide universal services?
