What single-purpose, minimalistic web or mobile apps do you like?
I'm a big fan of simple, well-designed, single-purpose apps and would love to find more!

A few to start:
miniflux as RSS reader, it's really an incredibly well done tool
Pinboard is a bookmarking site that prides itself on a degree of minimalism. From the homepage:
I love Pinboard. I'm a bit of a bookmark hoarder, and have so many that I was sure some have died or changed names, so I wrote a Python script that checked for dead links within Pinboard:

This might be a little outside the realm of what you were looking for, but the app called "Desert Golf" is a very simple golf game on IOS and Android. Minimal design, no leaderboards. Just shoot the ball at the hole. Forever.
Desert Golf is in fact so good, that XKCD put out a comic about it
I like:
Is It Down For Everyone Or Just Me? (checking website availability)
SavvyTime (The easiest comprehensive timezone/date conversion site I've found - been relying on it A LOT lately to verify results for a project)
TinEye (reverse image search)
Blogtrottr (regularly emails you aggregate RSS feeds for free, can choose to compact into a daily digest)
Zombocom (You can do anything at zombocom)
Is Zombocom really single-purpose? You can do anything you want at Zombocom, as you said.
Embiggen
Maximum use of screen to display message if you cannot communicate audibly.
https://simplynoise.com/ helped me through many hours of study and sleeplessness mights. It’s not so simple anymore and I use the free
app now. Still works great for me and my tinnitus.
