What single-purpose, minimalistic web or mobile apps do you like?

I'm a big fan of simple, well-designed, single-purpose apps and would love to find more!

    Desert Golf is in fact so good, that XKCD put out a comic about it

    https://simplynoise.com/ helped me through many hours of study and sleeplessness mights. It’s not so simple anymore and I use the free app now. Still works great for me and my tinnitus.
