NP, and TBH, unless you can successfully manage to diagnose or reproduce the issue, I don't know how valuable a bugzilla report for this would be anyways... so you probably don't need to worry...

It will remove all your addons, and totally reset all your settings back to default though. So you should probably back everything up first. Although if you have Firefox Sync enabled and you have made sure to sync everything, I'm pretty sure you can just restore everything that way after (don't quote me on that though).
So I would consider clicking "Restart with Add-ons disabled" on that same about:support page first, just to make sure your add-ons actually are properly disabled and not the cause. And maybe try "Clear startup cache..." as well, which may fix it.
You could probably do either. The worst that might happen if you re-enable them all at once is the problem comes back and you have to refresh again... in which case you now know it was an add-on...

I'm pretty sure that's intentional so if people are trying to walk away from arguments using 'ignore topic' they don't get drawn back into them just because someone replies to one of their comments.

Is it fixed now BTW or still messed up?

NP, glad I could help. :)
Ah yes, you're correct.
(side note - looks like notifications of replies on Ignored topics don't show up, hmm.)
