    The optimist in me thinks having a growth stock will encourage talented developers to work for IBM. The skeptic in me thinks IBM will still have a branding issue, and the CEO is simply looking to cash out on RSUs & options. Due to the magic of compounding, you are better off having half the options but having the options grow twice as fast
