I imagine it's a political statement about how ridiculous the State of Alabama is about adding to its constitution. Constitutions should be easy for people to read and understand so they have a broad idea of how the government works. Alabama's is the Minecraft run amok approach to constitution making.

The introduction thread is pretty hilarious though. The creator introduces it like a boxing match and the Alabama constitution is an absolute heavyweight.
