I don't think there's any question that this sort of thing has happened to some specific targets. (As the article mentions, our own government in the US has done equivalent things to our adversaries in the past.) But Bloomberg just doesn't present any actual evidence for their claim. If this thing exists, either show it to us or show us evidence of the data being exfiltrated by showing the network traffic, or something. It's sad that they keep making these claims and that anyone would believe them at this point given the complete lack of evidence they present.
