You usually see Epic in the news doing acquisitions and deals for either Fortnite or EGS so it's interesting seeing some Unreal Engine news.
Looks like they are keeping the terms of the deal close to the chest, as I can't find anything on their valuation or acquisition costs, something I am most interested on this.
