I think I've figured it out, any multi word tag that ends in card seems to for whatever reason where 'card' is not the first word will trigger a box to be formed around it, you can look at the...

That's what I thought it was too, but if you switch to the solarize theme like OP is using and view this threads tags it's actually a completely different box then just a tab select or mouse-down...
