Stylus is pretty great, eh. I use the one I linked to along with another one I made to tweak some other things like hiding my own karma, making community names fancier, etc. :)

I believe you can use Stylus with Kiwi Browser for Android, as it supports Chrome WebExtensions. EDIT: I think Ungoogled Chromium android has an experimental extension version as well.

You might also like this stylus theme from @admicos. You can set the default font size and everything else will scale appropriately.

ObMeToo. Stumbled on this post looking for some way to bump up font size.
Stylesheet hacks aren't available on mobile :-(
