Scheduled topics should link to the previous post from the week before

Would it be possible to add a link to the previous weekly post?

For example, https://tildes.net/~comp/rml/what_programming_technical_projects_have_you_been_working_on could link to https://tildes.net/~comp/rhk/what_programming_technical_projects_have_you_been_working_on from the week before.

Bonus points if it can be applied retroactively.

Definitely possible, and something I've been meaning to do for a while along with some related features - linking to the next and/or newest topic in the series when you're looking at an older one, creating a page with a full list of all topics in a particular series.

There's one small, similar instance of this already being done: if you look at the older topic that @Apos linked to, at the bottom of the page where the top-level comment box would normally be, it has:

This is an older topic in a scheduled series, and is closed to new top-level comments.

To respond, go to the most recent topic in the series instead.
