    I expect a huge DOT penalty at the end of the day that still comes off as cost of doing business to Delta. I'm sure their conversations with crowdstrike right now are heated, and barely anything...

    I expect a huge DOT penalty at the end of the day that still comes off as cost of doing business to Delta. I'm sure their conversations with crowdstrike right now are heated, and barely anything will be done to actually address any real issue with Delta's operation (both the lack of IT, and transparent/honest support for its customers).

    Doing business with Crowdstrike the week before this SNAFU as well as this week - the grunts in support and the account managers are pushing it all off.

    Makes me feel gross all over working with this category of organization. Paywalling your documentation - no thanks. I like my cloistered professional life of consuming freemiun products, writing complex self-maintained implementations, and rolling my own.

    Strong dislike implementing Crowdstrike for client audit purposes.
