    I'm still bitter we got Discovery instead of Worf Chronicles, which Dorn had (and apparently still is) developing and had pitched to Paramount/CBS a few years ago.

    The new Picard based show announcement gave me a twinge of hope for a return to the Trek of olde... but not much, since even with Patrick Steward on board I'm sure CBS will find a way to royally fuck that up too. :/

      I understand that licensing has a lot to do with it. But its so dumb that they spent over a decade building up in world cannon and creating a universe everyone loves and knows and then they just...

          Out of all the non-federation races in Trek cannon, the Klingons appearance and culture is very outlined and clearly laid out. But Discovery, because of copyright BS, was forced to ignore cannon.
