Also Canada here: I tried one of the suggested shorts alongside the video and got to hear a sample of it. Maybe that would hold you over until you find the whole thing, if that's what you're after.

I'm reading Against the Grain: A Deep History of the Earliest States, by James C. Scott, recommended by @fefellama. So far I'm still on the introduction! Got through a couple of pages this morning but had to look up swidden, corvee and polity. I think once I get my brain in gear I'll enjoy learning about this. Why on earth did people form cities and states when it's so much easier, healthier and more enjoyable to be a hunter/gatherer? Maybe I'll soon know more.

And my cousin and I played "Executive Ping Pong." Sit in chairs with your feet up on the table and try to rally. We didn't get far with that, actually.

Schizophrenia is hardly the worst thing that can happen to you.

Well, I don't know about that. Some people seem to cope quite well with it. Others, like my brother, are paralyzed by anxiety and paranoia, unable to work, poorly supported financially and ostracized by much of society. This is with medication, psychiatrists, social workers etc. My brother has always been compliant with whatever treatment they gave him and still, his life has just sucked for decades.

I'm more familiar with older songs like Llegaste tu and the first one of theirs I ever heard (and a fun video), Chocolate, but there's a lot of new material as well.

My first exposure to Spanish lyrics came many years ago in the form of this very fine album, which I still have. Thank god for the bargain record bins of my youth.

Not exactly what you asked, but Hatnote plays sounds representing the latest Wikipedia edits. "Bells indicate additions and string plucks indicate subtractions. Pitch changes according to the size of the edit; the larger the edit, the deeper the note." There's also a visual component if you want to watch. Try different languages! I like the whimsy of it and the music can be kinda relaxing.

A slice of sharp cheddar is the perfect accompaniment to just about anything, in my book. I happened to watch this video this morning, where an American discusses the popularity of fruitcake in the UK vs the US. She mentions the Yorkshire habit of enjoying it with Wensleydale cheese. As a Canadian from an Anglo background, I love fruitcake and would happily accept it as a gift from anyone.

I enjoyed it. A (senior) relative who also tried it thought the thumbs down symbol was actually a thumbs up, so maybe something more like a checkmark vs an X might be clearer? Of course people are going to find fault with the AI (maybe change the name to Quibble...) but I went in not expecting perfection and will play again as soon as it lets me. Kind of wish I could go back and play 1 through 15 for practice. Thank you!

Adding: now that I can see the thumbs again, I don't know how she made that mistake, but there you are.

I saw this when it was in Toronto. I'm a little surprised I didn't appreciate it more, since it's the kind of art I often enjoy most.* In a more private setting I might have spent more time in it, but there were people (including groups of children) coming and going. I wasn't about to lie down to get the most out of the experience. Also missed out on the scent, mostly, thanks to the mask I was wearing. Still, I love the idea and enjoyed the sensory experience.

*Favourite piece is Janet Cardiff's To Touch, also dimly lit and surrounded by speakers but relying on human interaction to bring them to life. Watching people discover what they could do with the table was as much fun as playing with it myself.
